Service fees are quoted individually based on the scope, complexity, and size of your engagement. Pricing for the AI & Automation Audit starts from $2,000 and varies depending on business size, number of staff, and the depth of analysis required. Larger or more complex engagements are priced on application. All pricing is confirmed prior to booking and outlined in your service agreement.
Payment is required to secure your booking. Ongoing implementation or retainer services are billed as agreed in your individual service agreement.
Refund Policy: Due to the significant time, research, and preparation involved in delivering our audit and consulting services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. If you have concerns about the content or conclusions of your report, we will address these during your included Strategy Review Call. We are committed to ensuring you receive genuine value from every engagement.
Where agreed in writing, the audit fee may be redeemable against the cost of an implementation project if you choose to engage Zenflow Connect as your AI implementation partner.
For the AI & Automation Audit, we aim to deliver your Custom Implementation Report within 14 business days of your initial Deep Dive Strategy Session. More complex engagements may require up to an additional 5–7 business days, and we will notify you if this applies. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control.
Your report is a confidential document prepared specifically for your business. You may use it internally or share it with your team and advisors. You may not publish, reproduce, or distribute the report for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
While we endeavour to maintain high availability of our AI services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, third-party platform outages, and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary service disruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenflow Connect is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the website or services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, missed appointments, or inaccurate AI-generated responses. Our liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount you have paid for the service in question.
Our services may integrate with or contain links to third-party platforms, including CRM systems, telephony providers, payment processors, and messaging platforms. We do not control or endorse these third-party services and are not responsible for any damages or service interruptions arising from your use of them.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zenflow Connect, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website and services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, any active AI bots deployed on your behalf may be deactivated.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Queensland.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
